Wear comfortable clothing. Need yoga mat, blocks and 2 firm blankets.
Discover new vitality, strength and flexibility through yoga postures and breathing techniques. Registration for residents and non-residents with a valid library card begins 2/28 at 10 AM. Payment for this program can be made online with a credit card. Registration and payment by check, credit card or cash can be done at Melville Circulation.
Fees are nonrefundable. In-person registration is at MELVILLE BRANCH ONLY. Fitness classes will not be prorated under any circumstances. Due to high demand, one registration per person per class.
Please Note: Registration is required to receive Zoom log-in information. Must provide valid email address when registering. Log-in information will be sent within 24 hours of class beginning via e-mail. If you have any questions, please call the library at 631-421-4530 or 631-421-4535. Please log-in to class on time. Once the class starts, you might not be able to join.
