"This book was an engaging and entertaining beach read. The story centers upon the Goldman and Weingold families, whose patriarchs founded the Catskills hotel in the 1960's. Over the years, two additional generations of family members have grown up on the grounds and worked for the hotel. Fast-forward to present day, when declining visitors and deteriorating premises force the families to come to a major decision - sell the hotel or attempt to reinvigorate it (prohibitively expensive). Each chapter is written from a different character's perspective and felt almost like an entertaining soap opera at times. A great beach read!" - D. Cohen
