Teen Database Review Interest Form

Teens grades 6-12 are invited to review library databases for volunteer hours! Fill out the following form to let us know you are interested. You can also visit hhhlibrary.org/resources to see a list of the library's available databases. If you have a preference as to which database you would like to review, make sure to include it in your interest form; otherwise, we will chose a database for you. Please allow up to 3 days for us to respond to your interest form and, if accepted, will send you back a Database Review Form to fill out with your review.

Reviewers will receive two (2) hours of community service credit for each submitted review and may submit up to three (3) database reviews per year.

Please note that reviews may be posted on our website or social media channels.
