COPE Officers from the 2nd Precinct will share tips and tricks designed to keep you and your family safe this winter. District Residents Only.
Teens will receive 1 hour community service credit for attending entire presentation.
Programs may be photographed/videotaped for library publicity. Notify library staff if you prefer not to have your child or yourself photographed.
