Create a ball and cup game, a cotton ball launcher, and a secret message decoder out of recycled materials. No registration required!

Materials needed: 

  • 2-3 toilet paper rolls 
  • 1- 16 oz. water bottle
  • 1 balloon (round, not long and skinny)
  • aluminum foil
  • a cotton ball
  • yarn or string (about 24 inches)
  • 2 pieces of paper cut to 5.75 x 2 inches
  • tape
  • scissors
  • markers.
