Grades 2-5.
Create a ball and cup game, a cotton ball launcher, and a secret message decoder out of recycled materials. Materials needed: 3 toilet paper rolls OR 2 toilet paper rolls and 1- 16 oz. water bottle. 1 balloon (round, not long and skinny), aluminum foil, a cotton ball, yarn or string (about 24 inches), 2 pieces of paper cut to 5.75 x 2 inches, tape, scissors, markers. No registration required!
