Come down to the library to trick or treat! Children will receive a "safe" treat from the service desks in the different departments. No registration required!
This program will take place at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. Programs may be photographed/videotaped for library publicity. Notify library staff if you prefer not to have your child or yourself photographed.
