Decorate cupcakes to look like a soccer ball. Make three cupcakes using buttercream icing, black food dye and a pastry bag! District Residents Only.

Please abide by the age and grade restrictions. Programs may be photographed/videotaped for library publicity. Notify library staff if you prefer not to have your child or yourself photographed.
