During this hands-on workshop, learn the basics of making vegan/plant-based kimchis, using traditional seasoning & methods with a practical approach. Discuss how to ferment safely, how to store your kimchi and its diverse uses. Included in the workshop: tasting samples of both ripe & freshly made kimchi and experience making a jar to take home. Must bring a 16 ounce container or jar to class. District Residents Only.
