HALF HOLLOW HILLS SPECIAL EDUCATION PTA (SEPTA):
HHH SEPTA is an organizational structure providing resources and the opportunity to be a collective voice for all special needs children.

HALF HOLLOW HILLS SUPPORT OUR AUTISM RAINBOW (SOAR):
SOAR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is entirely supported through fundraising. 100% of donations go directly to providing social skills programs and increasing the understanding of autism in our community.
ALTERNATIVES FOR CHILDREN:
Alternatives for Children is approved by the New York State Department of Health as an Early Intervention Program provider under contract with Nassau and Suffolk counties, and is a New York State Preschool Special Education provider, offering both integrated and self-contained preschool classes.

CENTER FOR APPLIED SPECIAL TECHNOLOGY:
CAST is a nonprofit research and development organization that works to expand learning opportunities for all individuals through Universal Design for Learning.

CENTER FOR PARENT INFORMATION AND RESOURCES:
CPIR serves as a central resource of information and products to the community of Parent Training Information (PTI) Centers and the Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs), so that they can focus their efforts on serving families of children with disabilities.

EARLY CHILDHOOD TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER:
This page was designed to help families understand their rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), connect with other families, and find high-quality resources related to caring for infants, toddlers and young children with disabilities.

EARLY CHILDHOOD DIRECTION CENTER:
The Long Island Early Childhood Direction Center provides information to parents and professionals who are concerned about a child from birth – five years of age, with or at risk of learning disabilities.  LI ECDC services are confidential and free of charge to residents of Nassau and Suffolk counties.

MY CHILD @ CEREBRAL PALSY:
We provide information, resources, support and unlimited inspiration to all those touched by cerebral palsy, and other neurological conditions.

NATIONAL CENTER FOR LEARNING DISABILITIES:
The National Center for Learning Disabilities improves lives of all people with learning difficulties and disabilities by empowering parents, enabling young adults, transforming schools, and creating policy and advocacy impact.

NEW YORK THERAPY PLACEMENT SERVICES INC.:
New York Therapy Placement Services (known as NYTPS) is a NYS approved provider of early intervention (birth-3) and Preschool services (3-5) under contract with Nassau and Suffolk County, NYC DOE and NYS DOH.

OFFICE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION & REHABILITATIVE SERVICES:
The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) is dedicated to improving results for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities ages birth through 21 by providing leadership and financial support to assist states and local districts.

TECHNOLOGY RELATED ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES:
Provides statewide coordination of assistive technology activities for people with disabilities, fosters development of state and federal policies and programs to enhance availability of assistive technology.
