Information:

The annual Library Budget Vote and Trustee Election scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2020, has been postponed due to the Coronavirus and the Governor’s Executive Order 202.8 that requires your library to be closed until April 19 or until it is safe to open. Please continue to check the web site and our social media channels for updates.

HHHCL Budget Mailer 2020Postponed Budget/Trustee Vote:
Tuesday, April 7, 2020, 9:30 AM–9 PM, at the library in Chestnut Hill Elementary School temporary library location.

Absentee Ballots:
Applications for absentee ballots may be obtained from the library in Chestnut Hill School and Melville Branch, or by clicking here. For additional information, please call 631-498-1248.

Trustee Petitions:
Nominating petitions for Library Trustee are available from the Office of the Library Director, Chestnut Hill School temporary library building, Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM–5 PM, beginning Tuesday, February 11. The last day for filing a completed petition is Monday, March 9, at 5 PM in the Library Director’s Office at Chestnut Hill School.

CANCELLED Public Information Meeting:
A public information meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 7:30 PM at the library in Chestnut Hill School.

CANCELLED Voter Registration Day:
Visit us at Chestnut Hill Elementary School on Tuesday, March 31, from 9:30 AM–9 PM to register to vote. Fill out a registration form and we will send it to the Suffolk County Board of Elections.

Nominaciones peticiones para fiduciario de la biblioteca están disponibles en la oficina del director de la biblioteca, en la escuela primaria Chestnut Hill, el edificio de la biblioteca temporal, de lunes – viernes de 9:30 am a 5 pm, a partir del martes, 11 de febrero.
