Cancellations can be made up to 36 hours in advance of use.

Pick-up your passes at the Circulation Desk at either the Dix Hills building or the Melville branch (minimum 24 hour notice is required) after 3 pm the day before use. If you want to pick up your reserved pass at Melville you must send an e-mail to: museumpass@hhhlibrary.org with your name, museum and reservation date. Only one pass per day may be checked out. If a pass is returned late or is lost by a previous user, the reservation will not be honored.

Failure to pick up a pass, or canceling less than 36 hours prior to the date of use, will be considered a "no-show." Two "no-shows" within 60 days will result in the cardholder's reservation privileges being suspended for 60 days from the last "no-show" date.

Return your pass before 11 am on the due date to the Circulation Desk in the Dix Hills building or the Melville branch. Otherwise, you can return it to the bookdrop in the plastic bag you received it in.
