Some versions of Internet Explorer or other browsers may have trouble accessing NetAdvantage. Here are some basic instructions to help.

Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned OFF.

If you continue to have trouble getting on NetAdvantage, try these steps:

go to tools
go to internet options
go to security tab
go to internet zone (globe on the left)
custom level
scripting of java applets
allow website to use scripted windows
security box--yes
refresh screen
